Emotional Intelligence is emerging as an important concept and is being heavily used in business world. It is extremely important for doctors and therefore we are striving to incorporate it into training of doctors in our hospital. We have successfully run "course on "Emotional Intelligence and Sreess management" and hope to expand on other emotional intelligence clusters. We are liaising with Emotional Intelligence Organisation UK. There is now published evidence for its use.
